We try to make this process as easy and stress-free as we can. What we set up, we will come grab. If you chose to save the delivery and pick your items up yourself, we will simply have you drop the items back to the same location.

The best part- you get to see the vision come to life! Depending on what we have agreed on, we will have a pick-up location for you to grab your items or we will be on location to set up prior to the event.

First, head on over to the rentals page and add your items to your wishlist. Try to be descriptive in the comments section if needed (added signage, paint colors, etc.) or use the contact page to reach out for a custom order. We will read your requests and decide if we are a right fit for you. Then, we create magic. We will make a mock-up of your vision so we can approve the process together.

Wishlist

The fastest way to get a quote is to build your wishlist. Know that we have a 10-day courtesy hold on your submitted wishlist items. Your order is only confirmed once we receive your signature and deposit. 

Start building your wishlist by heading over to the rentals page. You can either click the heart next to the item to automatically add it to your cart, or you can click on the item to read more. You will see that it requires you to input the quantity, rate (number of days needed), dates, and time needed for our rentals. Click on the heart on the bottom right hand page when you are done selecting items, fill out the contact info, and submit. We will get back to you with item availability and a quote!

i.e. $100 backdrop is rented out for 24 hrs. 

1.5x the day rate

i.e. $100 backdrop is rented out for $150/ multi-day rental period

Payments are paid through the link we provide once we send you a quote. If you would like to pay with cash or check, please notify us so we are aware of the transaction type. 

Final payment is due 7 days prior to your event. You must pay in full for us to show up to your event.

Please provide any additional information that will help us serve you better. Helpful information includes stairs, elevators, etc. as some of our items may have delivery restrictions. 

*Our crew can arrive any time within the 2-hour arrival window you requested and does not include the event set up. Your onsite contact will receive a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to us arriving. The week prior to your delivery we will confirm venue address, delivery and pickup dates and arrival windows. 

Cancellations & Weather

Orders may be canceled up to 60 days prior to the event. However, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Orders canceled 7 days prior to the event will be billed in full.

You are responsible for ensuring your rental items are protected from the elements (rain, snow, dirt, sand, etc.). Please have a plan in place for inclement weather to avoid being charged damage fees.

If you do not meet the delivery minimum or you need a last minute rental, you are welcome to come pick your items up from us (as long as the items are available and we have someone present).

Please arrive within the time on your contract and bring an appropriate vehicle for your item(s). If you show up with a vehicle that is not what we specified, you will not be guaranteed a new pickup time. Please provide your own moving blankets and helping hands.

Our damage fees vary based on the type of damage. If an item is returned broken, we charge a replacement fee, which is typically 3x the rental rate. If an item is returned stained or torn, we charge a repair or cleaning fee.
